They had a similar setup as to X-COM, also Silent Storm is worth a look.

Hi ChaugnarFaugn,

The addition of Jagged Alliance was discussed when the forums were setup. At that time we chose not to add it because of the different goal and story. As far as I remember it does not implement the overtaking of the world by an alien race.

Still, in case there's enough interest we may have a look at it again. ;)
