You love doing R&D and/or rapid prototyping of small and simple working game concepts using the XNA framework. Your research and prototypes will be crucial to see the value of implementing game design ideas.
You have a good knowledge of XNA/C# and you would love to extend that knowledge being part of a dedicated team and project.
You know how to bring 2D concepts to life in a 3D package. Doing this, you apply several techniques such as SubD and lowpoly modeling, texturing, rigging and animating. Most importantly, you have a true passion for 3D.
There are no restrictions on the use of a specific 3D program as long as it can export to the COLLADA format.
Game Designers (a.k.a. Game Engineers/Architects) are the people who create the game before it exists. Involving complex, and at times, technical material, the ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated, able to multitask, and who is able to research topics effectively.
You know how to work in a team. You have good communication skills, and a creative and inventive outlook.
As a concept artist you're able to effectively visualize ideas in both rudimentary as detailed sketches. You love the look of science fiction and know how to create a distinct look and feel by using only pen and paper.
Knowing how to create digital artwork by using Photoshop, The Gimp, Corel Painter or similar is highly recommended.
